The Village at Sheridan Meadows consists of 168 units - 84 built in 2000 & 84 newly constructed.

The Village is conveniently located on the north side of Eldridge with easy access to all of the employment, shopping & entertainment that the Quad Cities has to offer. Within walking distance of your front door is Sheridan Meadows Park - a 10 acre park with new playground equipment & pickleball courts, picnic shelters & tables, grills, ball diamonds, walking & bike paths, stocked pond & horseshoes.

All new one and two bedroom units have washers & dryers! A new laundry room was completed in 2017 with commercial coin-op washer and dryers for the existing 84 units.

Our new units consist of a freshly updated take on our previous design. A number of our new units have an open concept design in the living area, while another number have breakfast bars. Stainless steel appliances are the standard! All new units have easily maintained vinyl flooring in the living area and comfortable carpet in the bedrooms.
